As a Pickleball Pro at Life Time, your main responsibilities include teaching private and group pickleball lessons, coordinating leagues and mixers, and developing engaging lesson plans that promote a positive learning environment. You'll also spend time interacting with members, organizing special events, and ensuring that all pickleball-related facilities and equipment are well maintained.

To become a Pickleball Pro at Life Time, you need a High School Diploma or GED, along with excellent customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of the game. You'll also need to complete either the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA) or Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) certification within six months of your hire date and obtain CPR and AED certification within the first 30 days.

As a Pickleball Pro at Life Time, you can expect to teach approximately 30 or more hours a week, combining both pickleball and tennis lessons. This allows you to build meaningful relationships with students while contributing actively to our programming.
