Corporate – Operations /Full Time /Remote
This critical role is responsible for leading the sales enablement efforts within Lightcast’s Revenue Enablement organization, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer on an interim basis. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing the company’s sales enablement capabilities and will be tasked with executing the below tasks.
Major Responsibilities:
- Learning Content Management: Oversee the organization of learning modules, develop comprehensive courses, and create accreditation paths for the sales team.
- Sales Learning Management System (LMS): Design, implement, and track the effectiveness of the sales LMS.
- Sales Development: Reduce sales ramp time from 6 months to 3 months by June 2025 by implementing effective training and development programs.
- Win Rate Improvement: Drive initiatives aimed at increasing overall win rates.
- Sales Operations Support: Serve as a resource for sales teams, providing guidance on internal processes (e.g., pricing, product insights, and operational queries).
- Sales Tech Stack Management: Manage and optimize tools like Salesforce (SF.com), Gong, Highspot, and Allego LMS to improve sales efficiency and ensure uniformity, adoption, and integration across the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units and GTM teams to align on quarterly priorities, build strategies, and execute to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Sales Training Development: Develop, select, and deploy training programs for Lightcast’s sales and customer success teams to ensure effective communication about our products and services.
- Sales Enablement Content Management: Manage, organize, and optimize Lightcast’s sales enablement content and learning management system (Allego, Highspot). Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Product Marketing to ensure the most current product, marketing, and sales-strategy information is available.
- Sales Process Visibility: Ensure the sales tech stack integrates with Salesforce, providing visibility into the sales process for all stakeholders (team members, account handoffs, sales manager oversight, pipeline reporting, etc.).
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement.
- Proven ability to manage content and learning management systems, with a track record of improving ramp time and delivering effective sales training.
- Hands-on experience in training, using, and administering sales-oriented tools (e.g., Gong, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and strategies for success.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, particularly sales and marketing.
- Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a focus on achieving results.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Highspot or Allego (Lightcast’s content and learning management system).
- Experience in selling or enabling the sales of data, APIs, and professional services.
