UX Designer (On-site)

Our client, a large Pharmaceutical Company, is looking for UX UI Designer to work within their commercial department to shape the UX/UI customer experience, by designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, focusing on how users interact with our technology and channels. This position involves working closely with UX/UI research and experimentation teams as well as business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of customer preferences and behaviors, identify pain points and create solutions through experimentation and design thinking.This is a 6 month remote contract position with the potential of renewalResponsibilities include:• Understand how users interact with industry standard technology and digital channels. Work closely with the UX/UI behavioral and science researchers to incorporate user feedback and research findings into design iterations.• Lead the design of user interfaces for various platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. Leverage user-centered design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives. Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards.• User Research and Usability Testing: Understanding user needs and testing designs to ensure they meet those needs.• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all channels and platforms.• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of in scope requirementsRequirements• Scrum and Agile experience and certifications preferred• 3-5 years Experience with Salesforce• UI / UX experience with dashboards, applications and websites• Must support US Eastern Time zone
