We’re looking for a Contract Administrator to join our growing Legal department. Reporting to our General Counsel, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting contract administration and deal desk management. Your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, maintaining compliance, and providing essential legal support to our high-growth company.

How you’ll make an impact:

Contract and Deal Management: 

  • Review, draft, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on SaaS sales contracts. Provide additional support on software licensing agreements, reseller agreements, partner agreements, order forms, purchase orders, vendor contracts, master service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

  • Monitor and track contract expirations, due dates, and renewals.

  • Review contractual language to identify and assess potential risks. 

  • Ensure contract terms adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Collaboration:

  • Liaise with Sales by providing guidance on deal structures, contract terms, and revisions to sales contracts.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance to structure deals that align with Limble’s pricing terms and revenue recognition policies.

  • Support broad initiatives across the Legal department, including assisting with corporate governance.

Systems & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update contract management (IronClad) and customer relationship management (SalesForce) systems.

  • Track incoming legal requests to ensure timely response to the Sales team.

  • Maintain documentation of templates, processes, policies, and approvals related to deal desk operations.

  • Assist General Counsel with monthly tracking reporting of Key Performance Indicators related to contract management and deal performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a contract administrator, paralegal, deal desk analyst, or similar role.

  • Understanding of commercial contract terms and conditions; familiarity with software or technology related contracts a plus.

  • Experience with CRMs and contract management systems a plus.

  • Strong written communication skills, including drafting and redlining.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Deadline driven with the ability to prioritize projects.

  • Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to think through strategic solutions.
