Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results in a B2B SaaS environment. This role requires a combination of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and strong leadership capabilities to drive growth and maximize ROI across all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, including but not limited to PPC advertising, social media advertising, and review sites.

  • Lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, monitor keyword performance, and optimize website content and structure for maximum SEO effectiveness.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Analyze campaign performance data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Own the end-to-end conversion rate optimization process, from identifying opportunities to conducting A/B tests and implementing winning strategies.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and CRO.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimization with 2+ years management experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale paid media campaigns and driving measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Moz.

  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
