What you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced Research Manager to lead our team of analysts in conducting comprehensive market studies within the digital identity, financial crime compliance, and IT security sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in market research and quantitative analysis, such as equity research, and will be adept at drafting hypotheses, calculating market sizing, identifying buyer trends, and performing competitive benchmarking. You’ll have the opportunity to evaluate companies and market trends across a variety of industry use cases including financial services, technology, telecommunications, e-Commerce, gaming, and the P2P economy. As a player-coach, you’ll apply your versatility and expertise towards the responsibilities of day-to-day management while inspiring research analysts to produce best-in-industry insights. 


We'll ask you
  • Oversee a team of analysts in the design and execution of market research projects including market guides, competitive benchmarking reports, and whitepapers
  • Manage the process of conducting analyst briefings with our customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their product offerings and roadmap
  • Review market sizing and forecast trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify buyer trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to position our clients effectively and objectively in the market
  • Manage the full lifecycle of research projects, including budgeting, timeline, and quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into broader business strategies
  • Work closely with team members from sales and marketing on the go-to-market motion for our research reports
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements
  • Present research findings to senior management and external stakeholders, providing actionable insights through additional channels such as webinars and events
  • Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects
  • Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create new knowledge pools and competitive differentiators
  • Oversee performance management and professional development of the research team, ensuring alignment with internal processes and standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the research team
