What you’ll do

Join us as a Content Marketing Manager and play a role in defining and implementing our brand's voice and content strategy. In this position, you will develop and oversee our content strategy to create brand awareness, demonstrate thought leadership, and drive lead generation to achieve significant business growth. You will craft compelling, high-quality digital and offline content across various formats—blog posts and infographics to videos—that engages and converts our target audience. Collaborating closely with our team of researchers, designers, and subject matter experts, you will ensure accuracy and topical authority in all content produced. Additionally, you will enhance content visibility and user engagement through expert SEO practices, leveraging performance metrics to optimize our content and strategy continuously. This role offers the opportunity to lead narratives, shape market perceptions, and drive significant growth through visionary content strategy.


What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that addresses the needs across the entire demand funnel, including thought leadership, product marketing, sales enablement, and customer engagement
  • Create and manage a diverse content calendar that aligns with business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to create cohesive and effective campaigns, from ideation and creation to distribution and measurement
  • Produce a mix of content types, including blog posts, infographics, Webinars, white papers, case studies, videos, and social media content
  • Collaborate with our team of researchers and subject matter experts, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven content accuracy and quality
  • Optimize our content for website SEO and make content recommendations for best-in-class SaaS platform customer experience.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing strategies, adjusting as necessary to improve results
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps and find opportunities to promote evergreen content.
  • Research and develop compelling content topics that align with our research calendar and the interests of our target audience, establishing our brand as a topical authority
  • Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies


Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience in content marketing or a similar role, with a portfolio of published content
  • Experience in B2B software-as-a-service technology company with responsibility for content strategy, production, promotion, and reporting/optimization
  • Background in digital identity, financial crime and compliance, cybersecurity, and trust and safety is highly advantageous
  • Strong ability to craft audience-centric messages for different stages of the customer journey
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail, with a strong command for grammar and style
  • Experience with content management systems and SEO tools like WordPress and SEMRush, and CRM, MAP, and ABM tools, such as HubSpot and 6Sense
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and principles for content visualization
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI prompt engineering, with a proven ability to utilize advanced AI tools and techniques for original content creation
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently with confidence, lead projects, and meet deadlines, as well as work collaboratively in a team setting across seniority levels
  • You demonstrate the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership
  • You demonstrate the ability to be an influential change agent, championing, organizing, and successfully executing new ideas and initiatives
