All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show theyāre safe and effective. But todayās clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments.Ā
Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. Weāre still a young company, but weāve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 weāve helped run over 80 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100.
We recently raised a $18m Series A round from some great investors including Creandum, Peter Thiel and Firstminute to power the next stage of our growth.Ā
šAbout the roleĀ
Weāre looking for a Content Marketing Associate to help build Lindus Healthās marketing capabilities from the ground up, with overall accountability for marketing content including blogs, case studies, guides, whitepapers, press releases, bylines, social media posts, advertisements, and more. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to transform one of the worldās most broken but important industries!Ā
This role is important in helping us build a marketing team that can tell our story to customers so they may better understand what we seek to achieve and how we do it. Youāll report into our VP of Marketing and work with wider teams here at Lindus Health to help drive forward our first marketing campaigns.Ā

Weād like to hear from you ifā¦
You bring 2+ years of experience with content marketing. Work on clinical trials content being a plus.
You have strong aptitude for copywriting in technical topics
You have the ability to learn quickly and understand our brand and its position in the marketplace
You possess strong critical thinking skills, and ability to understand new and abstract concepts quickly
You have great project management skills to organize many tasks, proactively manage them, and deliver on time
You have a bias to action. Always looking for ways to proactively make an impact on our big picture marketing goals and taking action without asking
You have some familiarity with design tools for quick graphic design work (Canva, Figma, Adobe, etc.)
Youāre comfortable implementing SEO best practices into copywriting
You are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developedĀ

šWhat youāll focus on
Draft copy for core marketing content (blogs, case studies, guides, whitepapers, press releases, bylines, social media posts, award applications). You have experience creating long form and short form content and enjoy both.Ā
Work on multimedia projects including live webinars, conference talks, and podcasts and have prior experience creating and managing this.
Work with VP of Marketing and key team members to collect information and finalize copy collaboratively for publication. Youāll bring your knowledge and experience of publishing different types of content on webpages, social pages, etc with tools like Webflow and Hubspot
Publish final marketing collateral by leveraging low lift design tools with copy
Work with VP of Marketing to build content strategy aligning to target customer profiles and campaigns. You are happy to suggest and implement different kinds of content based on campaign target audiences and will analyze content performance with tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, and social media tools.Ā
