Overview

FLEXIBLE HYBRID PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY 20-25 HOURS/WEEK

 

As an Operations Administrator with Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective. The Opportunity

In this role you will:  

  • Support the operations of the team 
  • Manage all back-office activities 
  • Coordinate global inputs for monthly presentations 
  • Be responsible for Salesforce and other CRM management 
  • Coordination of case study approvals internal and external 
  • Manage quarterly statistics and collateral updates  
  • Work cooperatively with teams and other corporate services  
  • Manage external supplier relationships 
  • Additional ad hoc responsibilities as they arise  

 

We would love to hear from you if you:  

  • Have strong analytical and process driven approach 
  • Have strong Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams, and database skills with a focus on financial and administrative functions (Adobe products and InDesign would be an advantage but not essential) 
  • Have experience in financial management and reporting 
  • Have experience in merchandise management and email management for a busy marketing team
  • Have excellent English skills (verbal and in writing)
