Physical Therapist Qualifications:
  • Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
