The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Be a part of the team that's changing the way the world works as Commercial Counsel, Sales and Marketing. As an integral member of our fast-paced, well-rounded, collaborative, and fun Legal & Public Policy team, you will play an active role in fulfilling LinkedIn's mission of connecting the world's professionals to make them more productive and successful.
In this role, you will focus on addressing the novel and complex legal and business issues that confront a fast-growing company committed to innovation. You will work primarily with our Sales and Marketing business, negotiating digital advertising and other related media agreements with advertisers, media agencies, and digital advertising platforms. You will also negotiate Software-as-a-Service transactions for other teams across LinkedIn. You will collaborate with our sales organization and management to identify legal risks when contracting digital ad agreements and execute solutions accordingly.

The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
