LinkedIn’s R&D Finance Team is seeking a Manager of FP&A and Business Operations to support our Infrastructure team, driving efficient and effective planning and forecasting processes and providing clear visibility into the R&D spend and investments. Area of focus will include driving the long range forecasting, reporting and deeper development of infrastructure metrics; and working with horizontal and product engineering teams on R&D investments and ROI tracking.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long range modeling of infrastructure costs, provide key decision support on investment decisions
Partner closely with engineering leaders to support and manage infrastructure growth and investments.
Oversee the completion of complex financial modeling development / improvement / maintenance.
Drive the development and implementation of new processes to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecasts, financial planning consolidations, and tracking of key investments and performance metrics.
Drive data-driven analysis, size opportunities, develop understanding of key performance drivers to identify areas of improvement and prioritize strategic opportunities.
Act as the connective tissue across multiple R&D teams to shape the vision, influence decisions, bridge different points of views, see-around-the-corner for any LinkedIn implications.
Define actionable deliverables, create workstreams, define RAPIDs, track and monitor progress, diagnose and resolve issues, proactively manage risks and address misalignment between teams.
Communicate and present succinctly and effectively in exec-ready formats.

The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $199,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
