Our Go-To-Market Sales Strategy
This Manager, Sales Operations Systems & Tools role will be responsible for strategically incorporating AI and next generation technologies into LinkedIn’s sales systems to improve pipeline intelligence & customer engagement while leading global commercial model initiatives through systems requirements design and implementation to evolve LinkedIn’s product offering, drive operational innovation, and deliver employee & customer value.
The role will be focused on driving operational scale, technology transformation, as well as business growth through high impact solution design for successful implementation of LinkedIn’s foundational and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will learn the GTM Ops business inside-out, partner with Product and Eng technology partners to deliver roadmaps, test & learn, and drive outcomes for our global GTM teams & customers.
The Manager will cultivate strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders such as Product, Central Operations, Deal Desk, Marketing Technology, Acquisition Operations, Sales Systems Engineering, Global Sales Compensation, Data Science, Business Operations, and vendors to identify opportunities, design, and deliver results.
The ideal candidate will function as a player-coach, leveraging strong collaboration skills, to lead the candidate’s team through the software development lifecycle (e.g. business requirement development through eventual sunset) and partner with technology & systems teams to deliver scalable solutions. The candidate should be adept at deriving and articulating actionable business insights from large amounts of data to drive recommendations and inform key stakeholders. Using strong communication skills, the Manager will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope, and be able to perform professionally in a challenging and extremely fast-paced environment. The Manager will work with technology partners and manage junior resources on the team to help deliver against critical systems deliverables.

The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $199,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
