As a Sales Operations Associate, you will act as an advisor to leaders in the Customer Success (CS) organization and be responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. Additionally, you will assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. You will also help drive operational excellence, ensuring data and operational foundations are maintained to allow the business to run efficiently. This individual is also responsible for leading, executing, and scaling new initiatives in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Advise senior members of the CS organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities
Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise CS leadership and inform day-to-day decisions
Lead operational processes of the CS organization, such as territory management, reporting, and dashboard development
Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations, including customer segmentation, headcount planning, and territory planning)
Lead and provide recommendations on a variety of strategic, cross-functional projects that will shape LinkedIn’s go-to-market motion. Present insights and recommendations to executives and global Sales Operations partners
Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (Business Operations, Sales leadership, HR, Finance, and Systems teams) to achieve objectives
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related analytical/operational role
3+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
1+ years of experience with SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision making
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; expertise in data analysis and modeling
Experience in communicating effectively, project and time management, writing and presenting, and the ability to confidently interact with senior management
Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to see insights beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making
Ability to flex between day-to-day operations/project management and broader strategic initiatives
Motivation to challenge the status quo and continually innovate
Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives
MBA/MA/MS degree in business, analytics, or related field

The pay range for this role is $78,000 to $126,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
