Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, which leverage cutting-edge technologies and the expertise of industry-leading professionals.Currently, we are actively looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Account Lead at our Sugar Land, Texas facility.As a Customer Success Account Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will extend beyond Customer Success Account Lead , encompassing a commitment to ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.Join us in our pursuit of excellence as we continue to pioneer innovative and environmentally responsible flexible packaging solutions. If you are passionate about customer success and possess the skills to drive positive outcomes, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with Accredo Packaging, Inc. in Sugar Land, Texas.Handle all non-sales functions, which include, but are not limited to:• Ability to fill in RFQs, RFIs, and FGSs• Managing and sending out samples for sales• Die line coordination• Coordinating quarterly price reviews from costing• Coordinating customer account setup• Lead experienceRequirements• Requirement of a 4-year degree or 2-year associate's degree• At least five years of experience in a similar role• Basic computer skills needed: Excel, Word• Preferably some familiarization with an ERP system• Fluent in English
