As an Infant Teacher, you will have the important task of planning and organizing programs that align with the needs of our little ones while ensuring adherence to safety and educational standards. In this position, you will work closely with the Academy Director and fellow educators to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences. We’re looking for someone with a keen understanding of child development who can create a positive and safe environment where infants can thrive. Professional knowledge is key, as you’ll draw from your expertise in curriculum and development to meet the unique learning needs of each child. Plus, if you have a background in children’s ministry or prior experience in a licensed facility, we’d love to hear from you.
