This position will focus on bringing innovative Time, Billing, and Accounting tools to market for top law firms. This position will report to Litify's Director, UX and work closely with our UX Lead, Senior Product Manager, and Engineering Manager, as well as an engineering team of 5 developers.In this role, you will:• Be responsible for designing, developing & producing holistic digital experiences within Litify's Salesforce-based products• Advocate for the user while working closely with our UX lead and Senior Product Manager to strategically solve complex problems• Develop a deep understanding of our legal users' needs, motivations, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research, including, interviews, usability studies, and surveys• Create flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to define and communicate end-to-end user experiencesDisclosure:The estimated hourly pay rate for this position is $45/hour with the expectation to work 20 hours a week for a period of 12 months starting in January 2025.
