Wildlife and weather can be an issue when working in the fieldIt is our responsibility as a leader in the building industry to promote equality and diversity. We acknowledge the entrenched racism of our society and the resulting inequalities in our criminal justice system, education, community services, and healthcare for Black men and women and people of color.
These communities have shouldered the burden of systemic racism, and it is now up to us to assume that weight as we move forward. We are committed to addressing the inequity through meaningful action and change, including education, training, and donations to communities and organizations with a similar mission. We are working to create an environment that welcomes and includes all communities. Acts of discrimination, harassment, and/or racism by or against our team members, partners, and clients will not be tolerated.
