LivePerson is a global leader in AI for business, seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide excellent support to enterprise customers in cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Be the senior technical focal point for customer issues.
Own and resolve assigned cases within SLAs.
Act as a liaison between the customer and various Business units.
Analyze recurring issues and put processes in place.
Mentor and educate 2nd tier personnel.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Science/IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics preferred.
