Senior Business Systems Analyst

LivePerson is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to maintain back-office financial systems and contribute to system integration projects in a dynamic environment.

Skills

Experience with SAP, Oracle FCCS
Strong project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency with ERP systems

Responsibilities

Project Management: organize and execute testing, train users, and document training materials
Manage monthly change management items for business systems
Maintain security for all applicable business systems
Collaborate with Internal Audit on system control requests
Manage business systems requests through ServiceNow

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT or equivalent
