This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Lending department.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Serves as first point of contact for all internal and external calls to the department.
2. Coordinates with lenders all applications received via fax and electronic submission.
3. May handle dealer applications and manage the funding process.
4. Produces reports, including monthly usage reports, multiple reports documenting daily, weekly, and monthly results, and credit reports as needed.
5. Prepares and mails Adverse Action Notices to declined applicants as required by law.
6. Assembles loan files for Credit Administration/Loan Review.
7. May document and request monthly disbursement of dealer reserve accounts.
8. Reconciles monthly reports to lenders’ monthly application/funding results.
9. Serves as liaison to ensure the bank is meeting the customers’ needs and to maximize the customer/bank relationship.
10. Become familiar with bank products and services to have the ability to cross sell, as necessary.
11. May provide back up support as needed for commercial lending.
12. Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
13. Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

2. Minimum two (2) years’ experience with commercial loans processing preferred
3. Minimum one (1) year experience with computers, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, required
