Expo (Expeditor) – Be Part of Our LA Debut!
Location: Studio City – Our First Restaurant in Los Angeles!

Reports to: General Manager

Your Role:

Local Kitchens is making its big debut in LA, and we’re looking for a top-notch Expo to help bring our first Studio City location to life. As the key link between the kitchen and front-of-house, you’ll be the final checkpoint before dishes reach our guests, ensuring every order is accurate, beautifully presented, and ready to impress. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping things organized, and have a sharp eye for detail, this is your moment to shine.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the bridge between the kitchen and guests, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution.

  • Inspect every dish for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it leaves the kitchen.

  • Keep the expo station clean, organized, and ready for peak service.

  • Resolve order discrepancies or guest concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team and management to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience (expo experience is a plus).

  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
