Locker Room Manager (seasonal)

Passionate fans from around the world come to NYC to witness the toughest tennis on the game’s biggest stage. This position will manage the operations of the US Open locker room.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee locker room day to day operations and staff
  • Manage player communication and conflict within the locker room
  • Communicate with manager from opposite locker room to share supplies
  • Attend daily player services meetings
  • Maintain constant communication with the Senior Manager, Pro Tennis Operations
  • Participate in planning calls leading up to the US Open
Qualifications:
  • Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
  • Must maintain a positive demeanor
  • Must have prior experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends and extended hours
  • Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • This position is exempt
  • Salary $5,500.00
