Description:This position will Provide Contracts administration support in reviewing and interpreting contract requirements and contract change impacts, Lead and coordinate efforts in preparing proposals in response to solicitations, with responsibility for contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.What You Will Be DoingProficient in understanding contract terms, articulating positions to the business and ensuring the program teams are able to effectively understand the impacts of the agreements reached with the Customer. Advise leadership and Program management of contractual rights, obligations and risks; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical contract information. Program portfolio contains both Domestic and International business pursuits.For a level 3, we typically require 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Learn more here: Global DEI.Discover Orlando, FLMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Basic Qualifications:This position is for a skilled contract professional to support the capture efforts, contract administration, and lead contract negotiations of MFC proposals/ IWTAs primarily in support of the F-35 Sensors Program.The qualified individual must be able to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess excellent business acumen.Must have ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.Possess the ability to lead teams, and ademonstrated ability to interpret RFPs andcontract terms, develop contract positions as they relate to risks and identify opportunities.Experience with Lockheed Martin Contracts processes. Ability to comprehend complex financial and business concepts. Handle multipleassignments while achieving programcommitments. Experience with proposalpreparation; coordinating and participating in management reviews; proposal submission; fact-finding; contract negotiations, contract award and execution.Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ECE, DMS, with ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties.Excellent written and oral communication skills; should be detail and teamwork oriented with excellent organizational skills; and possess strong leadership skills.Able to travel domestic and/or internationally when required to fulfill the responsibility of the position.Desired Skills:Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high value customer relationships. Maintain versatility and flexibility in demanding situations.Ability to contribute positively to an inclusive teaming environment. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
