As a Lockheed Martin employee, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment that values integrity and excellence.THE WORKAs a member of the RMS Spectrum Convergence Airborne Electronic Warfare Business Development team, this individual will be responsible for Strategy and Business Development for US Air Force Electronic Warfare programs and Cross Domain Solutions located in Owego, NY. The position will interface with customers across the Air Force and DoD community including prime contractors and sensor providers supporting the Airborne Electronic Warfare solutions market strategy, grow the pipeline and capture new business. The role is responsible for focusing on securing core programs while expanding into white space areas with strong mission offerings and growing the Airborne Electronic Warfare annual orders and sales with specific focus on US Air and Space Force. Other tasks will include:• Responsible for supporting and developing the market strategy for new solutions• Function as a lead team member supporting strategy with focus on US Air Force and Space Force.• Support the integration and partnership with the other RMS LOBs, Aeronautics, Missiles and Fire Control, Enterprise Solutions and Space, to develop focused market strategies and support the development of the respective long range plans• Support RMS and other business interests and related activities with; Washington Operations, Corporate Business Development, Corporate Strategic Development, Corporate CTO, Corporate Treasury and others as required• Assess and build effective customer relationships both externally and throughout the organization• Continue to evolve the Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) organization and develop leaders to support business area growth• Measures of effectiveness of the individual in this position will include:o Ability to locate, shape and win new business opportunitieso Ability to establish market focused growth strategieso Developing and growing the new business pipelineo Capturing profitable and strategic new businesso Building strong internal and external teamso Ability to penetrate new marketsThere is flexibility for work location, however, the position will require travel on a regular basis to Owego, NY• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Who We AreLockheed Martin is a global leader in aerospace, defense, and security, providing advanced technology solutions that protect and connect nations. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $105,000 - $201,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,700 - $227,400.
