About the Role

 

We are seeking an energetic problem solver to join the rapidly growing Logik.io team. The Demo Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Sales and Solution Engineering efforts as a support resource and internal program manager. A Logik.io Demo Engineer will assist Solution Engineers in developing custom demonstrations, respond to RFPs, create libraries of reusable technical components, provide project management support on demonstration development, work with support agencies, and will design, develop, deploy, and maintain standard demonstration environments. This entry level role will have an immediate impact supporting the rapid growth in sales and provide the opportunity to learn from a proven team and develop into a client-facing Solution Engineer.



Responsibilities
  • Build and customize product demos to showcase features and capabilities. Maintain and enhance demo environments, including integrating APIs and customizing configurations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering teams to align demonstrations with customer requirements. Assist Sales Engineers in technical conversations and demo preparation.
  • QA new features and collaborate with development teams to address bugs and enhancements.
  • Document new setups, integrations, and demonstration processes.
  • Create engaging, customer-focused demonstrations of Logik.io’s solutions.
  • Maintain the demo environment, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest features and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in demo environments to minimize disruptions.
  • Create reusable assets, templates, and scripts to streamline the demo-building process.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies in CPQ and Commerce.
  • Propose new demo use cases based on evolving market demands and platform advancements.


Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in full-stack development (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular, and back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Basic understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and middleware.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and headless architecture is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to respond to work-related inquiries outside of standard business hours when necessary.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred


The compensation for this role starts at $70,000


Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
