Logistics Administrator
Department: Energy Solutions, Logistics
Shifts: M-F, 8a-5p, on site
Location: Woodbine GA
Position Summary
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Logistics Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring deliveries to customers are on time and our internal and external fleets are traveling with the required shipment paperwork. As a Logistics Administrator, you will be a part of a fast paced and growing organization while collaborating with the Logistics, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain departments.
Core Duties And Responsibilities

Create required shipment documentation to support Plug Power drivers

Manage transportation issues as they arise as a point of contact for drivers, escalate where necessary to Dispatchers/Distribution Managers

Interact within current process and SOP framework and become a SME with any new onboarded systems

Support in load tendering, load coverage, and dispatch activities

Communicate with both internal and external fleets to ensure loads are on track to meet scheduled delivery expectations of our customers

Provide shipment data to Finance department to assist with monthly closes

Other duties as required
Education And Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or other applicable field of study

Start-up experience a plus

1-3 years of Supply Chain experience preferred

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills (Phone, email, face to face)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computer software

Perform as a team member and ability to work independently
Pay Rate:
$22.12 - $31.68
