Job Title: Logistics Analyst

General Summary:
The Logistics Analyst is responsible for shipments across Patagonia’s supply chain and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that shipments are moving as planned and that the systems reflect accurate and timely shipment details. The Logistics Analyst will report to the Global Logistics team in Ventura, CA and be based out of the Reno, NV Distribution Center to support stakeholders on the Receiving, Wholesale and Customer Service teams. This role is critical to the success of Patagonia’s mission by optimizing transportation and ensuring accurate on-shelf details allows for reduction of overall inventory position and help us to save our home planet.
What You’ll Do

Monitoring the shipment creation process to ensure they are processed cleanly and reflected appropriately in our information systems.

Tracking shipments in transit and documenting status and on-shelf date adjustments via Patagonia’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system

Work closely with our freight forwarders to monitor/track shipments, provide approvals as necessary and ensure timely completion of the forwarder’s cargo receipt in the Infor Nexus system.

Create manual shipments for POP, books, store fixture and outside vendor shipments.

Support global branches in the processing and maintenance of purchase orders and shipments as needed.

Administrative functions include the review of freight invoices, calculation of freight cost at style level, transit time calculations, update monthly dashboard data and CTPAT support.

Support repairs department in the movement and booking of raw materials.

Maintaining and updating desktop procedures and SOP’s relating to logistics.

Support direct delivery program as logistics liaison with customers to ensure shipments meet customer requirements.

Experience You Bring

Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and/or transportation services.

Strong data analysis skills – Excel, Tableau, Power BI tools familiarity a plus

Working knowledge of personal computers with experience in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP), Microsoft D365 (ERP), Manhattan & Associates Warehouse Management software (WM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Outlook and the Infor Nexus.
Hiring Range: $70,000 to $85,000
Pay Range: $68,000 to $102,000
At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
