Strategy Partner to the CIO

Loka is seeking a Strategy Partner to work alongside the Chief Innovation Officer to drive company growth and team strategy while maintaining a strong work-life balance within a global team.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Innovation Officer
Manage the CIO’s calendar and schedule
Draft correspondence on behalf of the CIO
Support CIO in meetings by taking notes
Liaise between CIO and other executives
Ensure timely completion of CIO projects
Research and recommend new policies and strategies
Create systems to streamline operations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
3+ years in a business or executive management role
