Exteriors Sales Manager - Roofing/Windows

Long Home Products, a leading provider of home improvement services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Exterior Sales Manager to oversee our roofing and windows sales operations in our Maryland location. As a Exterior Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth in the Exteriors division.


Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

Routine ride-along coaching your reps inside the home to mentor and develop team members

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the Massachusetts markets, focusing on window products and services.

Work extensively with our Production Department to drive efficiency in timely installation and quality customer reviews.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximize sales revenue.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

Running a team of 10+ people with revenues exceeding $10-$20/million/ year in Sales

Successfully proven themselves as an individual contributor earlier on in you career

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the home service industry or a related field.

Experience conducting in home sales presentations for customers

Strong knowledge of Windows, including different types, features, and installation processes.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales reporting tools (Salesforce)

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
