The Senior Vice President of Institution Client Success (SVP, ICS) will be responsible for the leadership of financial institution client relationships, and the team supporting those relationships, in the Credit Union segment. The ICS, Credit Union team is a proactive consultative team responsible for a client portfolio of approximately 300 financial institutions.The SVP will be responsible for creating the engagement strategy for the segment with a goal of expanding the relationships, driving sales growth, and retention of accounts. As a member of the ICS leadership team, the SVP will represent the client perspective on various steering committees and project initiatives to help influence and drive greater differentiation of the LPL offering for institutions. The SVP will also be responsible for the ideation and execution of initiatives within the ICS department to help evolve the overall success management model, structure, and approach.The successful candidate must possess strategic agility and be skilled and experienced in engaging in high-level strategic discussions with executives, program managers, and top advisors. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong skillset in the areas of talent management and development, operational excellence and execution, and problem solving and decision making. They must also understand, utilize, and stay current with industry best practices, financial markets, the regulatory environment, and the competitive landscape to optimize results.Responsibilities:• Identify opportunities and create initiatives to increase client satisfaction, retention, and sales growth• Proactively manage high profile and complex situations• Develop a team culture to retain, develop and grow engaged employees• Creating department goals and driving execution to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization• Examine trends, develop insights, and create solutions to better support institutions• Proactively manage attrition risk• Partner with conference services to deliver exceptional education and conference eventsRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in finance or another related field• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in a sales and/or client service/relationship management capacity• Strong people management experience• Prior experience working directly in sales and sales management roles is ideal• High-level strategist coupled with the ability to implement methods that drive sales• Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with and influence LPL executive leadership• Extensive knowledge of the client segment, organization, product, industry, and end customer (product manufactures)• Demonstrated knowledge of the financial service industry (LPL platform), products, and services• Ability to effectively analyze situations and apply solutions to achieve resolution• Ability to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders• Ability to travel up to 30% of the timePay Range:$196,500.00 - $327,500.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
