Technical Program Manager, Business Operations and Analytics

Lucid is looking for a Technical Program Manager of Business Operations & Analytics to optimize sales operations processes and drive efficiency in sales teams.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform
Experience in technical Program Management or similar roles
Hands-on experience with project planning tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Implement process improvements to streamline business operations workflows
Ensure systems are optimized and aligned with business needs
Create dashboards and reports for sales performance and pipeline management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business operations strategies
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within business operations
Lead initiatives to standardize and document sales processes

Education

BS/MS degree in quantitative Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics
