Responsibilities

Support key priorities of transformational change
Be the primary point of contact for HRIS, benefits, and payroll questions
Prepare regular reports and employee-related analyses using advanced reporting techniques
Coordinate employee services and maintain organized records
Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance
Handle payroll preparation via ADP for multi-state employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
