Manage administration and optimization of HRIS system
Prepare payroll for multi-state employees
Act as primary point of contact for employee benefits
Coordinate employee services and maintain compliant employee records
Build and manage vendor relationships
Ensure timely updates for compliance-related matters
Prepare reports on key metrics for continuous improvement
Support transformational change within the business
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
