We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Growth Marketing to drive our marketing efforts and fuel the company's expansion in this dynamic market segment.


What You’ll Do

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth with owners and operators of commercial real estate. By partnering with our sales team, you’ll lead our efforts to tell our unique lulafit story and build a large scale brand awareness around our growing company. 


Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics, you will lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives to effectively position our offerings and drive measurable business results.


You will work alongside leadership to develop a vision for our marketing strategy, both in the short and long-term. The strategy you develop will position the company to scale strategically. You will be a strong and influential partner for the sales department, systematically driving the company vision and goals through our marketing efforts. You will be analytical and flexible to ensure our marketing efforts have a strong ROI. You will remain positive, energetic, and agile as we scale the department and company.


How You'll Do It
  • Develop and execute a data-driven growth marketing strategy to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth within the small and mid-market landlord segment of commercial real estate.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to drive lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization, optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive public relations (PR) strategy in collaboration with an outsourced firm, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and company messaging.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer segments, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
  • Develop compelling content and messaging tailored to the needs and pain points of target audiences, effectively positioning our offerings and value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and report on marketing ROI to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, incorporating insights into marketing strategies and tactics.

Desired Skills and Experiences
  • Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably within the commercial real estate or related industry, with a focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g Hubspot) preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally with many different teams.
  • Budgeting and/or financially focused mindset
  • Preferred: BSc/BA inMarketing or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus Start-up experience
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development, and experience in fundraising will be a plus
