Who We Are Looking For:
Are you a creative and detail-oriented video editor with a passion for digital advertising? Do you have a background in performance marketing and experience creating direct response and user-generated content (UGC) ads? If so, we want to hear from you! Lunar Solar Group is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our Performance Creative Team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in editing digital advertisements for social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and will be familiar with AI tools. Experience working with CPG and DTC brands, as well as agency experience, is highly desirable.
Job Summary:
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-performing digital advertisements for various social media platforms. Your work will involve editing direct response and UGC ads, ensuring they align with the client’s brand voice and achieve the desired marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce content that drives results for our CPG and DTC brand clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Creation: Create and edit ads for social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Performance Marketing: Utilize your background in performance marketing to create ads that drive direct response and engagement.
UGC Ads: Develop and edit user-generated content ads that resonate with target audiences.
AI Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance video editing processes and outcomes.
Brand Collaboration: Work closely with CPG and DTC brand clients to understand their needs and deliver content that meets their marketing goals.
Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of video projects and adherence to agency standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Film, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
Performance Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and creating direct response ads.
Adobe Suite: Proficiency in Premiere Pro. Experience in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
Coloring: Expertise in color grading RAW/LOG footage, either within Premiere Pro or similar software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Team Collaboration: A team player who actively engages with other department members to share insights and contribute to the department’s culture.
