We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to play a critical role in building our high-performing Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing proptech company that’s redefining the future of real estate.




$40 - $50 an hour
Here’s what we’re looking for:
-Expert-level sourcing abilities, particularly on LinkedIn.
-Skilled in hiring Sales, Customer Success, and GTM professionals across a range of roles and experience levels.
-Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platforms.
-Ability to run a structured, efficient, and effective recruiting process.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with hiring managers and candidates.
-Exceptional attention to detail to ensure an outstanding candidate experience and seamless operations.

Your Experience:
-Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier sales talent for high-growth companies.
-Familiarity with the proptech, SaaS, or tech startup industries is a plus.
-Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines and competing priorities.
-Ideally based in Austin, TX, but open to remote candidates.

Here are your responsibilities and expected outcomes:
-Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Sales with a focus on hiring SDRs and AEs, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
-Identify and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn, industry networks, and other channels.
-Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring goals, and create compelling job descriptions.
-Maintain and optimize workflows in Lever, ensuring data accuracy and transparency throughout the hiring process.
-Drive operational excellence by tracking key recruiting metrics and iterating on processes to improve efficiency.
-Build a pipeline of exceptional candidates that aligns with Luxury Presence’s high standards for talent and culture fit.
