Role

You will source, engage, manage, and close candidates for our technical teams (Engineering, Product, Design). We are a lean team where everyone does full-cycle recruiting. You'll have a lot of ownership and the opportunity to build relationships throughout the company. 

  • Partner with technical leadership to understand requirements and needs

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future headcount

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies

  • Continually look for ways to improves processes and make the team efficient as a whole

  • Maintain our ATS - Ashby, to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy

  • You'll be an early member of our technical recruiting team and build the next stage of Harvey. 

  • We have ambitious targets to hit and are building recruiting processes from the ground up. 

  • You'll help change the nature of work in a $1T+ industry. 

Qualifications

  • 2-8+ years experience building strong technical teams at high-growth companies

  • High adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments

  • Must have Full-cycle experience

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $135,000 and $225,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
