Job Description

The Digital Temp at Parfums Christian Dior Canada is a full-time contracted role responsible to assist with the daily planning and operations of Digital activities for Dior Canada and its website. This role will serve as a collaborative team member with strong analytical and communication skills, partnering with various Canada, US, and Paris teams. This role will also be responsible for problem solving quickly and creatively, with minimal supervision. The position will support the continued growth for Dior Canada E-Commerce business to achieve sales objectives and manage Dior image within Canada Dior.com and its CRM platforms.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Website and CRM/Online Events Management  

  • Coordinate with US partners to localize and setup Narvar tracking emails and support with analytics as needed.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager on strategy, execution and planning of the trigger, one-shot emails and SMS texts. Provide analysis and reporting to improve ROI and increase client recruitment.
  • Assist in various projects for the Dior.ca team across 2 sites (EN.CA and FR.CA), including the daily QA of sites (i.e. working URLs, videos, images, and content loading as well as new PDPs (product description page) and animations/launches).
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Tech manager on Master Class programs (Bambuser), follow-up for content (video and copy) edit transcripts; setup, test, and load SRT files, product URLs, site banners, emails, and SMS copy moderation scripts (in French, English).
  • Assist in setup and management of skus in the Product Information Management system, including but not limited to the set-up of Cross-sell, Up-sell, Virtual Try-on, online and offline dates, and pricebooks.

Marketing and Planning 

  • Assist the Sr. Director with forecast planning of POSM items and the maintenance of promotional calendar with specific offers.
  • Provide (and collect from cross functional teams) recommendations for copy and images for animations, and site banners; ensure French translation is completed for Dior FR.CA .

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience collaborating with cross-functional teams that include Marketing, CRM Digital, Retail, Technical, and E -Commerce Operations
  • Detail-oriented and thorough with inputting data and proactively seeking required information
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work in a multitude of ongoing projects at the same time while meeting deadlines
  • Hands-on experience in managing and successfully delivering projects within the digital environment
  • Passionate for the luxury beauty industry and brand exposure; proud to be the ambassador of Dior
  • Able to collaborate with the team and work independently; highly motivated and high performing in tight deadlines
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Smartsheet, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with platforms or quick to learn:  Narvar, Client Quest, Adobe, Akeno (or similar Product Information Management system), Salesforce, Bambuser, and ServiceNow

Additional Information

Hybrid position 3x/week in the office

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $35.00 - $55.00/hour.
