Senior Engineer, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Lyell is a clinical-stage T-cell reprogramming company focused on advancing cell therapies for solid tumors. We are seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in Business Intelligence & Analytics to design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Skills

Proficiency in SQL and data management
Experience with Tableau and BI tools
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Provide training and support for BI tools
Stay updated with trends in data visualization

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Analytics
Tableau certification
