About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for someone with exceptional writing, editing, and content development expertise to join the Workforce Transformation team. This position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with internal partners and clinical experts to create psychoeducational content about supporting mental health at work—including video scripts, articles, handouts, workshop materials, and more.
The right candidate is an independent worker and prolific writer and editor—one who can turn complex concepts and research-backed insights into engaging, accessible, story-driven content. They are a confident collaborator who is able to navigate feedback from multiple stakeholders while keeping the end user’s needs in mind
