Sales and Marketing Intern

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales and Client Engagement

  • Upwork Sales: Bid on projects through Upwork, help set up discovery calls with potential clients, and keep communication flowing smoothly.
  • Sales Process Support: Track and update deal status in Salesforce, supporting our team in moving deals forward.
  • Goal Setting and Tracking: Help us reach sales and marketing targets like:
    • Sending out targeted outreach to Salesforce customers
    • Growing our LinkedIn audience
    • Creating impactful client success stories
    • Setting up discovery calls and helping close deals

Marketing and Digital Engagement

  • Salesforce Partnership Management: Manage our Salesforce Partner Portal to ensure credits for our work and maximize partnership benefits.
  • Client Engagement & Success Stories: Create newsletters, feature articles, and success stories, capturing client quotes and showcasing our impact.
  • Digital Marketing: Keep our LinkedIn and website content fresh, relevant, and aligned with best practices.
  • Upwork Profile Optimization: Work with our team to boost Upwork profiles and increase visibility.

Event Management and Project Tracking

  • Discovery Calls and Events: Help set up and track engagement in discovery calls and virtual events.
  • Sales/Marketing Tools Research: Find tools to make our sales and marketing efforts even better.
  • Project and Vendor Management: Track timelines, costs, and vendor coordination to keep everything on track.

Data and Contact Management

  • Salesforce Database: Keep our client data up-to-date in Salesforce, making it easier to connect with potential and current clients.
