Shift is from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm - Must fulfill on call requirements for emergencies

This position carries a full benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401k with partial company contribution, and a generous paid time off package (Up to 3 weeks in the first year).
What You'll Do:
Under limited supervision, performs a variety of semi-skilled work in the maintenance of the facility and its warehouse equipment; and performs related duties as assigned.

The primary duties of a Maintenance Person include:

  • Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement.
  • Performs preventive building maintenance duties, includes light construction.Performs routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, fixing water leaks, leaking faucets, and water fountains.
  • Performs routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent lamps.Assembles and moves furniture, hang pictures and bulletin boards, moves and sets up tables and chairs.
  • Repairs and replaces doorknobs or locks, repairs door closures, patches holes in
  • Paints interior and exterior Ability to drive all equipment and knowledge of hydraulicsMaintain conveyors (oiling chains, adjusting settings)

What We're Looking For :
A minimum of one year Industrial Maintenance Technician experience is preferred. Maintenance Technicians are required to interact with managers, supervisors, employees, vendors, and customers. Therefore, the following skills and proficiencies are also essential requirements of the position:

Knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety
Skill in reading and following assembly directions and
Skills in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
