CLEAN

• Basic building cleaning: carpets, cleaning out storage units, sweeping

SERVICE

• Some outdoor maintenance: trash pick-up, bulb replacement
• Light carpentry work, painting, plumbing tasks
• Troubleshooting and repairing sticking doors, front gates and other fixtures on the property
• Grounds keeping: mowing, raking leaves, light tree and shrub pruning, weed removal, snow removal, power washing

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED
• Preferred familiarity with various power tools
• Willingness to work outside, clean units, and maintain grounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• Physical ability to do the job (lifting up to 50 pounds, move, ascend/descend, work atop, traverse around the property, etc.).
• Occasional emergency work outside of normal scheduled hours is likely
