Maintenance Technician

We are seeking candidates to fill a part-time building maintenance position. The candidate must have a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must also be able to perform minor building repairs as well as assemble furniture as needed. Having tools to complete projects is a plus but not a requirement. We offer flexible hours and starting pay is well above the industry standard with opportunity for increase within the first 60 days. Management evaluates employee performance on an annual basis and offers bonus payouts to eligible employees.
