Maintenance Technician

Perform overall maintenance for factory equipment in a 150mm semiconductor EPI facility located in Allen, TX
Perform maintenance and repair of CVD EPI reactors (ASM E2000, ASM E2, LPE 2061, and LPE 3061) and all support equipment.
Assist equipment/process engineers in troubleshooting down equipment.
Complete preventative/predictive maintenance in a timely manner.
Assist facilities group with building repairs when needed.
Installation and relocation of production equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns to identify and implement corrective actions
Complete a variety of tasks related to maintenance of machinery, including plumbing, electrical, pneumatic.
Understand and follow electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals to assist in recovery of down equipment.
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
