Overview:
About DDB Mudra Group:
We believe that creativity is the most powerful force in business. Driven by the mantra “Unexpected Works”, we practice creativity that delivers effectiveness in the most surprising and provocative way. Our work across DDB Mudra, 22feet Tribal Worldwide, Mudramax, Track, For The Win and DDB For Good has built India’s most respected, profitable and fastest-growing brands. It has also made our communities more inclusive and brought about positive change to society’s most pressing issues.
Our commitment to diversity and equity is seen through award-winning, pioneering initiatives like the Phyllis India Project and OPEN Pride. We are also four-time gold winners of the Talent Development Program of the Year at the Campaign Agency of the Year Awards.
In 2022, we became the first Indian agency to be recognized as APAC Agency of the Year at Spikes Asia and the only Indian agency to bring home a Cannes Lion for Creative Effectiveness. We were also Asia's #1 effective agency by WARC Rankings 2021 and have been India’s Agency of the Year at Campaign Brief ‘The Work’ for two years running.

We value diversity
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture that welcomes everyone and allows them to flourish and express themselves completely. And this culture is at the heart of everything we do. It reflects in our conscious effort to hire for diversity and the measures we take to avoid unconscious bias. It is echoed in initiatives like The Phyllis India Project and Free The Bid that aim to empower and promote women leaders and talent. You’ll find it in programs like Equal Parenting that are designed to fulfil the professional and personal aspirations of mothers and new parents. This culture is also integral to our inclusive employee policies that even extend to members and allies of the LGBTQIA+ community.
We care about our employees
We are a business run by people, and our employees come first. Our medical insurance policy extends to all partners – same-sex, live-in, hetero, married or unmarried. With flexible leaves you can choose when and how to use your day off. At 12 weeks, our paternal leaves are arguably the best in the industry. We also have wellness programs that prioritise the mental and physical wellbeing of our people.
We want to see you grow
We pride ourselves on the ability to nurture talent and promote homegrown leaders. The Group conducts upskill training and growth programs for young talent. There are also comprehensive leadership programs that give our top performers the tools and exposure to lead the Group in the future. The Phyllis India Project is specially designed to create a community of women leaders that inspire and learn through each other. Our aim is to have a diverse and well-represented leadership team by 2023.
We want to make a difference
We have always valued work that is purposeful and makes a difference. However, we know our work alone is not enough. We, along with our employees, give back to the community through DDB For Good – an initiative that supports social entrepreneurship, builds responsible brands, uses technology to solve problems, and helps fundraisers. We also have OPEN Pride – an Omnicom Group initiative that promotes awareness, acceptance, and advocacy by creating equal opportunities for leadership, visibility, community involvement, networking, and business for the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies.
