Manager, Communications and Change Management

Role: Manager, Communications and Change Management

Location: Des Moines (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive implementation of a change management methodology for business process and technology initiatives across service and operations. Partner with key leaders driving change to incorporate methodology into their initiatives.
  • In partnership with business stakeholders, integrate with project strategies and plans to create a change management roadmap for each major change initiative to include such aspects as leadership alignment, change readiness and end-user training.
  • Track progress and status of change management plan including adoption, readiness activities and metrics.
  • Responsible for drafting, reviewing and editing operational communications supporting change efforts. Partner with corporate communications on appropriate communication channels.
  • Support mergers and acquisition efforts through the active leadership and execution of the communications workstream.
  • Serve as liaison into enterprise change efforts (ERIC, Change governance calendar, etc.)

  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience managing change in the Financial Services industry. Broker/dealer experience a plus.

Compensation Range:
The salary range for this role is $95,000- $102,000. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
