Manager, Fertility Program Strategy & Operations

We're looking for a Fertility Program Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Program Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Fertility Program Strategy, you will develop a strong command of Maven's fertility program capabilities and differentiators and help support the rapid growth of Maven's fertility and family building solution to employers and health plans. You will have the opportunity to both own the execution of strategic initiatives and manage day-to-day operations within Maven's Fertility program. You will become a subject matter expert in Maven's Fertility solution, using analytical rigor, attention to detail, a team player mindset, and strong interpersonal + presentation skills to support cross-functional initiatives and teams. You will collaborate closely with Maven's Product, Clinical, Marketing, Sales and Client Success teams to drive success.

As Fertility Program Strategy & Operations Manager, you will:

  • Own day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives related to MavenRx, Maven's fertility medication benefit program
  • Manage relationships with and growth of Maven's other fertility program product/service partnerships
  • Participate in high priority, strategic, cross-functional initiatives
  • Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on Maven's fertility program
  • Collaborate closely with Maven's employer + payer sales, marketing and client success teams to answer questions and present the capabilities, differentiators and value of Maven's fertility program
  • Complete various analyses for prospective clients, utilizing Maven's internal databases and external research
  • Support Maven's responses to RFPs and pricing proposal requests, including quantitative analyses

We're looking for you to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong educational track record
  • 4+ years of experience in 1) consulting or 2) strategy and operations within a high-growth startup or healthcare environment
  • Stellar analytical skill set with high Excel/Google Sheets fluency
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; direct experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency
  • Trusted team player looking to drive success in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Bonus: healthcare knowledge with a working understanding of the fertility space, digital health solutions, and trends in fertility and family building (if you don't, you can learn with us!)
