Key Responsibilities

Strategize and align the company's C&B policies with the company's business objectives.
Drive mid term and annual review process for the organisation
Conduct annual industry benchmarking exercise
Participate in industry surveys and gather market insights for better decision making
Manage the variable pay plan for the organisation
Work closely with business leaders in driving compensation decisions
Consult leaders on any compensation related decisions
Manage employee communication on all C&B aspects of the organisation
Has strong knowledge of regulations around compensation
Possesses good knowledge of C&B practices in planning, design, implementation and executions
Strong with analytics and data management
Experience of HR automation necessary
Must be willing to take on general HR projects; additional experience in HR generalist areas is necessary
